What Your Membership Includes

🚪 Access & Guests

Private, Members-Only Club

Coast Rifle and Pistol Club is a private, members-only facility. The ranges are never open to the general public for recreational shooting.

  • Each member may bring up to two guests per visit at no cost.
  • Guests register at the main clubhouse when they arrive.
Year-Round Availability

Open 365 Days a Year

CRPC is open every day of the year. Shooting hours run from dawn to dusk, so you can fit range time into your schedule — not the other way around.

Ranges & Targets

Purpose-Built Ranges with Steel

Multiple rifle and pistol ranges give you options for zeroing, practice, and matches.

  • Permanent steel targets on ranges 3 and 5.
  • Rifle steel at 100, 200, and 300 yards (range 3).
  • Pistol / short-range steel out to 25 yards (range 5).
Comfort & Facilities

Comfortable, Well-Equipped Facilities

Ranges are designed for safety and comfort so you can focus on shooting.

  • Indoor restrooms at all ranges, with sinks at each location.
  • Most restroom facilities are handicap accessible.
  • Covered shooting areas and pavilions on all ranges.
  • Electric fans at many firing lines to help beat the heat.
Affiliations

NRA & CMP Affiliated

CRPC is proud to be affiliated with the National Rifle Association (NRA) and the Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP).

  • Access to discounts for new NRA memberships and renewals.
  • Eligible members may purchase U.S. Government surplus firearms (such as M1 Garands and 1911 pistols) directly from the CMP.
Matches & Training

Match Discounts & Training Clinics

Members enjoy special opportunities to compete and learn.

  • Discounts on match fees at many sanctioned rifle, handgun, and shotgun competitions.
  • Access to firearms training clinics held at CRPC throughout the year.
  • Members can sponsor a clinic at the club — and often attend at a reduced cost or free.

Air-Conditioned Main Clubhouse

The main clubhouse is open to all members and serves as the central check-in point for guests.

  • Comfortable, air-conditioned space for cooling off between range sessions.
  • Guest registration and information desk inside.

Member Benefits FAQ

How many guests can I bring?
Each member may bring up to two guests per visit (at no cost). Guests check in and register at the main clubhouse before heading to the ranges.
Do members always get match discounts?
Many sanctioned competitions held at CRPC offer reduced match fees for members. Exact discounts vary by event — check the event description or calendar listing for details.
Do I have to be an experienced shooter?
No. CRPC is home to both experienced competitors and newer shooters. Safety is our top priority, and training clinics plus new-member briefings help you get comfortable with the facilities and range rules.
